• Iranian journal of educational sociology adheres strictly to certain ethical standards in order to guarantee excellence in scientific publications and to ensure that people receive credit for their works.
  Iranian journal of educational sociology is committed to publishing only innovative and original material i.e., material that has neither been published elsewhere, nor is it under consideration for publication by another publisher, it is of huge significant if authors avoid the following ethical violations.
  Data Fabrication and Falsification
  Data fabrication and falsification means the researcher did not really carry out the study, but made up data or results and had recorded or reported the fabricated information. Data falsification means the researcher did the experiment, but manipulated, changed, or omitted data or results from the research findings.
   Plagiarism
  Plagiarism is intentionally using someone else’s idea or other original material as if they are one's own. Copying even one sentence from someone else’s manuscript or even one of your own that has previously been published, without proper citation is considered by Iranian journal of educational sociology journal as plagiarism.
   Simultaneous Submission
  Simultaneous submission occurs when a manuscript (or substantial sections from a manuscript) is submitted to a journal when it is already under consideration by another journal.
   Duplicate Publication
  Duplicate publication occurs when two or more papers, without full cross referencing, share essentially the same hypotheses, data, discussion points, and conclusions.
   Redundant Publications
  Redundant publications involve the inappropriate division of study outcomes into several articles, most often consequent to the desire to plump academic vitae.
   
  Improper Author Contribution or Attribution
  All listed authors must have made a significant scientific contribution to the research in the manuscript and approved all its claims. Don’t forget to list everyone who made a significant scientific contribution, including students and laboratory technicians.
  Citation Manipulation
  Citation Manipulation is including excessive citations in the submitted manuscript that do not contribute to the scholarly content of the article and have been included solely for the purpose of increasing citations to a given author’s work or to articles published in a particular journal. This leads to misrepresenting the importance of the specific work and journal in which it appears and is thus a form of scientific misconduct.
  In the event that there are documented violations of any of the above mentioned policies, regardless of whether or not the violations occurred in a journal published by Iranian journal of educational sociology, the following sanctions will be applied:
   Immediate rejection of the infringing manuscript
  Immediate rejection of every other manuscript submitted to Iranian journal of educational sociology by any of the authors of the infringing manuscript.
  Prohibition against all of the authors for any new submissions to Iranian journal of educational sociology either individually or in combination with other authors of the infringing manuscript as well as in combination with any other authors. This prohibition will be imposed for a minimum of 2 years.
  Prohibition against all of the authors serving on the Editorial Board of any journal published by Iranian journal of educational sociology.
  In cases where the violations of the above policies are found to be outstandingly bad, the publisher reserves the right to take additional measures beyond those described above.

• مقاله‌های ارسالی باید در زمینه­ ی اهداف نشریه و دارای جنبه آموزشی یا پژوهشی و حاصل کار پژوهشی نویسنده یا نویسندگان باشد.
• مقاله‌های برگرفته از پایان نامه‌ها و رساله‌های دانشجویان با نام استاد راهنما، مشاوران و دانشجو و با تاییدیه استاد راهنما و مسئولیت وی منتشر می‌شود.
• داوری مقالات در این مجله به صورت پنهان دوطرفه (Peer Review Double Blind) توسط حداقل دو داور انجام می‌شود
• مبلغ 5 میلیون ریال بابت بررسی اولیه و داوری و مبلغ 10 میلیون ریال بابت پذیرش و چاپ از نویسندگام محترم دریافت می گردد (لینک مطلب).
• مسئولیت هر مقاله از نظر علمی، ترتیب اسامی و پیگیری به عهده نویسنده مسئول آن خواهد بود. نویسنده مسئول باید تعهدنامه ارسال مقاله را از سایت دانلود و پس از اخذ امضای تمامی نویسندگان به مجله ارسال نماید.
• علاوه بر قرار گرفتن موضوع مقاله در دامنه تخصصی مجله، مقاله یا بخشی از آن نباید در هیچ مجله‌ای در داخل یا خارج از کشور در حال بررسی بوده یا منتشر شده باشد یا هم‌زمان برای سایر نشریه ­ها ارسال نشده باشد.
• زبان رسمی نشریه انگلیسی است (قابل توجه : نویسندگان محترم می توانند در صورت تمایل مقاله خود را به زبان فارسی ارسال نمایند).
• نشریه در رد یا قبول، ویرایش، تلخیص یا اصلاح مقاله­ های پذیرش شده آزاد است و از بازگرداندن مقاله‌های دریافتی معذور است.
• مسئولیت صحت و سقم مطالب مقاله به لحاظ علمی و حقوقی و مسئولیت آراء و نظرات ارائه شده به عهده نویسنده‌ی مسئول مکاتبات است و چاپ مقاله به معنی تأیید تمام مطالب آن نیست.
• برای مقالات انگلیسی تایپ عنوان با قلم  Perpetua نمره­ ی 14 و چکیده­ با قلم Perpetua نمره­ ی 11 و  متن مقاله با قلم Perpetua نمره­ ی 12 و عنوان و متن جداول با قلم Perpetua نمره­ ی 10 تنظیم گردد.
• برای مقالات فارسی عنوان با قلم Nazanin B نمره­ ی 14 و چکیده­ با قلم Nazanin B نمره­ ی 11 و متن مقاله با قلم Nazanin B نمره ی 12 و  عنوان و متن جداول با قلم Nazanin B نمره­ ی 10 تنظیم گردد.
• چکیده حداکثر تا 250 کلمه به صورت ساختاری، به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی ارائه گردد و در 4 قسمت شامل هدف(Purpose)، روش شناسی(Methodology)، یافته ها(Findings) و نتیجه گیری (Conclusion) تنظیم گردد.
• مقاله حتما باید دارای چکیده تفصیلی با حداقل 1000 کلمه باشد.
• کلید واژگان فارسی: (3 تا 7 واژه) واژه‌های کلیدی به نحوی تعیین گردند که بتوان از آنها جهت تهیه فهرست موضوعی (Index) استفاده نمود.
• نمودارها و جدول‌ها با ذکر شماره و عنوان کامل در بخش یافته‌ها و در محل مناسب مرتبط با ارجاع، رسم شوند.
• مجموع جدول‌ها و نمودارها از 6 مورد تجاوز نکند و عنوان جداول بالای آن و عنوان نمودارها پایین آن نوشته شود. همچنین حداکثر کلمات از 8000 کلمه تجاوز نکند.
• مقاله باید شامل عنوان، چکیده فارسی، مقدمه، روش شناسی، یافته ها، بحث، مراجع و چکیده انگلیسی باشد. مقاله خود را طبق فرمت ذکر شده تنظیم نمائید.
• برای فهرست منابع از الگوی زیر استفاده گردد و نام نویسندگان تا 4 نفر قید گردد و پس از آن از عبارت (et all) استفاده گردد.
• نام خانوادگی، حروف اول(آغازه)(یک فاصله)سال انتشار، عنوان مقاله، نام مجله(ایتالیک شود)، شماره دوره، شماره پی در پی، شماره صفحات.در قسمت منابع سال، دوره و شماره صفحه بصورت نمونه نوشته شود (6(2):22-35).  
• .در قسمت منابع عنوان کتاب و یا ژورنالی که از آن اطلاعات برداشته اید ایتالیک شود
