Article Processing Charges
Respectfully, reffering to Article 3 of the "Regulations for Determining the Cost of Article Processing in Open Access Scientific Journals", No. 162229, dated 2021/04/21 (this link), the processing fee of the article can be received from the authors for each complete article in the journals that are owned by private non-governmental institutions and scientific associations, amounting to 15 Million Rials (25$).
In this journal APCs fees are 15 Million Rials for publication (25$).
