Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted to effect of multimedia applications and e-learning on the quality of teaching of faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province.
Methodology: The population of the study was all 1532 faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran. which 210 persons were randomly selected from by category random sampling method based on Kerjeci &Morgan table. The measurement tool included researcher made questionnaire in two parts of Multimedia programs and e-learning with 38 questions and 40 questions of teaching quality. Face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated 0/93 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Frequency, mean indicators and standard deviation reports were studied to analyze data in descriptive statistics. The central limit theorem and Smirnov & Kolmogorov test with z approximation were used to determine the appropriate statistical methods in the inferential section and parametric methods were used for data analysis. One-sample t-test was used to achieve the objectives of the research in studding the status of indicators and also independent t-test and ANOVA were used in intra group’s comparisons. Because of the researcher made survey instrument, in addition to the calculation of Cronbach’s alpha, exploratory and confirmatory analysis was done based on the defined components.
Findings: Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationship between the study variables, as well as Bivariate linear regression analysis was performed in order to study the sixth question of the research. SPSS 22 software and LISREL 8.5 were used for data analysis. The results showed that: the quality of teaching and its components, and multimedia programs and e-learning and its components in Islamic Azad University units are at a higher level than average.
Discussion: And all Pearson correlation values between independent variables of e-learning and its components and multimedia programs and the quality of teaching dependent variables and its dimentions is significant and direction of these relationships is positive.

Abstract
purpouse: The aim of this study was to improve the organizational vitality and environmental performance of the university by implementing green management in the administrative, educational and research units of the free universities of Mazandaran province in the academic year of 2019-20.
Methodology: Method in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection among descriptive research was correlational and in terms of method was mixed exploratory research. The statistical population consisted of 21 experts, specialists, experts in the fields of educational management and psychology, which was done using purposive sampling method and using the principle of maximum diversity to achieve theoretical saturation using semi-structured interviews. For validity and validity of the data, two methods of reviewing participants and reviewing non-participating experts in the research were used. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all faculty members, senior, middle and operational managers and officials of administrative, educational and research units of free universities in Mazandaran province in 1950. In the quantitative part, 321 people were selected as a statistical sample by relative random sampling method based on Cochran's formula.
Findings: Data in the qualitative part were extracted through the implementation of Delphi technique with a semi-structured questionnaire and in the quantitative part through the implementation of researcher-made questionnaires of green management, organizational vitality and environmental performance on the statistical sample. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed in terms of content and structure. Reliability was estimated and confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient with 87%. Used. Results: Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that green management (six dimensions) has an effect on organizational vitality (seven dimensions) and environmental performance (seven dimensions) and organizational vitality has an effect on environmental performance. Also, organizational vitality played a mediating role in the impact of green management on environmental performance.
Discussion: The development of economy, industry and green innovation requires culture building and efforts of every committed and responsible citizen of the country and as a matter of governance, all elements of the system must adhere to it.

Abstract
Purpose: Organizational transparency plays an important role in improving the performance of various organizations, especially service organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between e-governance foresight and the organizational transparency of managers in order to present a model.
Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of implementation method. The qualitative part of the community was experts related to the field of research, 12 people were selected as a sample according to the principle of theoretical saturation with non-random sampling and snowball methods. In 2017, there were 7170 people in the quantitative sector of managers of export banks in Tehran province, of which 365 people were selected as a sample according to the table of Karjesi and Morgan by simple random sampling. The research tool was semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and researcher-made questionnaires in the quantitative part, whose psychometric indicators were confirmed. Qualitative part data were analyzed with open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA software and quantitative part data were analyzed with exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS and Smart PLS software.
Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that the e-governance foresight has 75 indicators and 17 components in 6 dimensions: organizational, technical, information and data, marketing, resources and perspective and organizational transparency, 60 indicators and 15 components in 6 dimensions: information transparency, economic transparency, transparency The client had management transparency, organizational transparency and human resources transparency. Also, the findings of the quantitative section showed that the factor load and average variance extracted of all dimensions and components were higher than 0.70 and 0.50, respectively, and their reliability was calculated higher than 0.60 with Cronbach's alpha and combined methods. In addition, the relationship model of e-governance foresight with managers' organizational transparency had a good fit, and e-governance foresight and all its 6 dimensions including organizational, technical, information and data, marketing, resources and perspective had a positive and meaningful effect on managers' organizational transparency (05 /0P<).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, e-governance foresight had a positive effect on the organizational transparency of managers. Therefore, to improve organizational transparency, it is possible to improve the foresight of e-governance and its components including organizational, technical, information and data, marketing, resources and perspective.
