Purpose: The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of modern communication tools on social security, emphasizing the mediating role of cultural and social threats of western media in Iran.
Methodology: The present research method was exploratory and survey method, the statistical population of this research was made up of 123 officials and activists in the field of social security from relevant organizations. According to Morgan's table, the sample size was determined by the number of 93 people who were selected using stratified random sampling. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire made under the supervision of experts. SPSS statistical software and structural equation method using Lisrel software are used to analyze statistical data and research questions.
Findings: The results showed that modern communication vehicles have an impact of 0.71 on the cultural and social environment, and social and cultural impacts have an impact of 0.59 on the social security of management. Also, new means of communication directly affects social security with an intensity of 0.62. This is the concept that for each unit of change in modern means of communication, 71% change in the intensity of cultural and social changes is created.
Conclusion: Based on each unit of findings, for every change in cultural and social threats, 59% change in social security takes place. On the other hand, for each unit of change in new means of communication, social security will directly change by 62%:
