Psychological capital is the state of positive psychological development of a person and it is important and investigated due to the perseverance to achieve goals and to undertake and make the necessary effort to succeed in challenging tasks. From the point of view of Islam, psychological capital is a person's belief in his abilities to achieve success, to have perseverance in pursuing goals and to endure problems and patience in the face of them. The purpose of the current research was to design the model of psychological capital from the Islamic point of view in Iran's government organizations. The current research is considered a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative). The qualitative part includes Quran and Nahj al-Balagheh, and in the quantitative part, knowledgeable experts in the field of psychological capital, as well as faculty members who have conducted research in the field of psychological capital, have formed. In the qualitative part, the statistical sample was full and included Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, and in the quantitative part, to collect the information of this research, a total of 15 people were selected through the purposeful sampling method and answered the questions of the Delphi questionnaire. According to the analysis of the Quran and Nahj al-Balagha, a total of 126 semantic expressions and primary open code as well as 17 indicators related to psychological capital were extracted. These indicators were integrated and then selective coding was done. In the second stage, Delphi quantitative research method was used, which was finally extracted and categorized by gathering information, indicators and items related to psychological capital from an Islamic perspective. Cohen's kappa index was used to validate the coding process and quality control of the factors. The results of the research showed that the psychological capital with the Islamic approach included 18 core codes and 4 selection codes (the self-cultivation dimension included six core codes; the tolerance dimension included two core codes; the positive thinking dimension included four core codes and the truth-seeking dimension included six core codes). .
