The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between e-government foresight and organizational transparency of managers in order to present a model in Bank Saderat, Tehran province. The present study is a quantitative-qualitative research that is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method from the survey group and is cross-sectional. The statistical population of the study includes all employees of Bank Saderat in Tehran province, whose number is 7170 people in 1397. Using Krejcie and Morgan table, a sample of 365 people was determined and the sample were randomly selected from the community. In order to collect data, two researcher-made questionnaires and Smart PLS2 software were used. The results showed; The prospective variables of e-government and organizational transparency of managers each include six main dimensions. Dimensions of e-government foresight are: 1- organizational, 2- technical, 3- information and data, 4- marketing, 5- resources and 6- vision. And the dimensions of organizational transparency of managers are: 1- Information transparency, 2- Economic transparency, 3- Customer transparency, 4- Managerial transparency, 5- Organizational transparency, 6- Manpower transparency. The results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between all components of e-government foresight and organizational transparency of managers.
