Immigrants in the destination society are always exposed to various challenges in cultural and social fields in order to be accepted, and for these reasons, they must adapt themselves to the forced effects in the immigrant-receiving societies. In this article, by choosing the Afghan immigrant community, It has been devoted to the sociological study of the cultural and social impact of Afghan immigrant families and has answered the question of what is the cultural and social impact of Afghan immigrant families to Iran? The research method is under the "qualitative" method with grounded theory approach and And the tool for collecting information is "interview" with the children of Afghan families and parents. What has been concluded as the result of the research was that the families of Afghan immigrants as a whole have been able to, from the perspective of "cultural compatibility", "abilities" job and work", "feeling of trust and social justice" to adapt to the Iranian society and receive a positive feeling and also maintain their positive relationship with the "language and accent" and "adherence to the traditions" of native Afghans.
