One of the intrinsic duties of the cultural and social deputy of Farhangian University is to expand the dominance of the cultural space over all aspects of the university. In this regard, various planning and activities have been done and are being done in recent years so that student-teachers, in addition to gaining professional qualifications, can also participate and cooperate in cultural and social programs and activities. The purpose of this article, while studying and pathologically examining such cultural and social activities carried out at the university level, is to provide a favorable model in this field. For this purpose, the three-pronged model has been used as a theoretical framework. The method used is integrated and qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population used in the qualitative section includes 30 cultural experts by selective sampling and the statistical population of the quantitative section includes 194 student-teachers active in student organizations who have been selected by relative random sampling. Findings from the study indicate that structural (195), behavioral (/ 368) and contextual ((312)) factors play an important role in the emergence of issues and problems of cultural and social programs and activities. The results of regression also show that 63% of the variance of the dependent variable is explained by these three variables: structural factors, contextual factors and behavioral factors.
