The Effect of Individual Learning on the Improvement of the Quality of Training of the Staff of Eghtesade Novin Bank

This research was carried out with the aim of investigating the effect of individual learning on improving the quality of training of the staff of the New Economy Bank. In terms of purpose, the present research was practical and in terms of the method of data collection, it was part of quantitative research. The statistical population of the research included all 937 employees of Eghtesade Novin Bank branches in Tehran. Cluster random sampling was used to select the sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on a 5-option scale. The validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content was confirmed by several experts, convergent validity was confirmed by calculating the average variance extracted, and divergent validity was confirmed by calculating the square root of AVE. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire at 0.86. Correlation tests and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results showed that individual learning with a path coefficient of 0.604 has a positive and significant effect on the quality of training of the personnel of the New Economy Bank of Tehran province.
